Notebud BETA

Built for university labs

Save your work from any lab computer.

University labs don't let you bring your own devices. Cloud drives need email and OTP you can't access. Notebud lets you save notes and files with just a username and password — no email, no personal accounts on shared computers.

Built around how labs actually work

No email or phone required

Sign up with just a username and password. No email verification, no OTP, no phone needed — because you won't have it in the lab.

Safe on shared computers

No personal Google, Mega, or cloud accounts to log into and risk forgetting to sign out. Just your Notebud username.

Markdown notes

Write structured notes with full markdown support and code-friendly formatting — perfect for lab reports and code snippets.

Upload and download files

Save lab work, slides, or template files during your session and download them later from your own device.

Share by username

Send notes or files to a classmate sitting next to you — just type their username. No email addresses, no links to copy.

Share request approval

Incoming shares need your approval first. Accept or reject them from your notifications — you stay in control.

How it works

  1. Step 1

Pick a username and password — no email needed. You're ready in seconds.

  2. Step 2

Write notes or upload files during your lab session. Everything is saved to your account.

  3. Step 3

Share with classmates by username, or log in from your own device later to access everything.

The problem it solves

Labs shouldn't make saving your work hard

Google Drive, Mega, Mediafire — they all need email and OTP. You don't have your phone in the lab.

Logging into personal accounts on public computers is risky. Forgetting to sign out is worse.

Sharing a file with a lab mate shouldn't require sending links through email or messaging apps you can't access.
